Joel Hiles has been engaged in the real estate appraisal profession throughout Central Pennsylvania since 1997 and has been a Pennsylvania State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser since 2000.

Over nearly three decades in the profession, Joel has appraised a wide range of residential property types, including urban, suburban, rural, manufactured, new construction, and complex residential properties. He provides valuation services for attorneys, fiduciaries, lenders, government agencies, and private clients throughout the region.

Joel has extensive experience in estate and probate matters, divorce and equitable distribution assignments, tax assessment appeals, lending-related valuation services, and litigation support. He has presented appraisal testimony before assessment appeal boards in Cumberland, Dauphin, and York Counties and has been qualified and provided expert appraisal testimony in legal proceedings in Cumberland, Perry, and Dauphin Counties. Known for thorough market analysis, responsive service, and well-supported valuation conclusions, Joel is committed to providing objective opinions of value that clients can rely upon when important financial, legal, and real estate decisions are at stake.
